DhanAIyu uses AI-based systems to assist with appointment scheduling, wait-time predictions, and reminders. These insights are informational only and should not replace professional judgment or decision-making.

9. Payments and Fees

If any paid services are introduced (such as premium bookings or digital reports), you agree to pay applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely via third-party gateways.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointment cancellations are governed by the respective clinic or doctor’s policy. DhanAIyu may assist in forwarding cancellation requests but is not responsible for refund approvals or rejections.
